FACTS: Order delayed - one email to excuse delays. Website down, email bounce, cell number straight to inbox, no landline, physical address lacks the unit number at the complex, letting agents haven't heard of the company at the stated address. They have stated on FB they don't allow walk-ins. Suspicions: Some profiles on FB claiming they received orders are a bit sketchy. No images of any people staff on social media. PRICE WAS VERY GOOD...

Many signs of a ****, I did break my no.1 rule when purchasing from a new and small e-commerce business- Call them and have a chat. Lets see what happens, hopefully I'm proved wrong, but all hope is lost,
