Life Changing Purchase EVERYONE needs! (I was skeptical!!!)
1 year update: My wife & I use these, but we also bought them for our whole family/ our friends as Christmas gifts (around 30 grounding sheets). Almost everyone has benefited from these (after we were all very skeptical). I no longer wake up with puffy eyes, we no longer wake up with aching feet, no more migraines, I’m off half of my 10+ meds. * My brother has terrible back pain & he feels much better * Our friends have arthritis/fibromyalgia/weak immune system/inflammation & all reported results & feeling better with grounding * My sister has fibromyalgia, it has made her life a lot better. Her chronic pain is much much better * We used to struggle to get the kids to sleep, now they sleep way better * We no longer wake up with aching feet * I thought I was coming down with a migraine, went to bed without meds, woke up without a migraine * Going to gym and was always dying from soreness afterwards. I go to bed, and wake up feeling great. GET these! They take a while to arrive but well worth the wait.

I was super skeptical, but is the NUMBER 1 grounding product company!
One year of using grounded4life bed sheets & mats. No more sleepless nights. No more fibromyalgia, pain, inflammation. No more complaining friends about pain, arthritis, anxiety or weak immune systems. My parents are soooo much better. We have all been incredibly healthy since using these bed sheets. My friend has a health shop & is selling them there too, she orders in bulk from Grounded4Life. I was SUPER SKEPTICAL but wouldn’t order anywhere else because these sheets actually work. Sure delivery might take a while, but in the end it’s about the product working. Trust me when I say you can’t go wrong here at all.

Grounded4life has a SA site but are not local. Took payment and have gone silent
STAY AWAY from Grounded4life have taken payment of R1800 from me and have disappeared. I have had no responses from them since they last promised deliveyr a while back. Infact, they sent me a message after I had to chase them and they told me that the driver was enroute to my home to deliver. Needless to say, nothing was delivered. They have since stopped communicating with me - they simply ingore all communication from me. I have requested a refund but ofcourse, that will not be forthcoming either, Grounding blankets are good - just find a reputable supplier to supply you with one. Grounded4life masks their online presense to create the impression that they are a South African country but they have no presense her at all. Dont be ****med out of R1800 like I was. Be warned.

Migraines have plagued me for as long as i can remember. They went away immediately when I started using a grounding sheet. It is way underpriced in my opinion. My mother also had terrible pain/inflammation and fibromyalgia with sciatica, this really made her life a lot better. She can get up, walk & do things with us now. The Grounded4Life team also gave me a special discount when I ordered 8 so my whole family could get as gifts.

Our whole family/friend group is using this magical sheet!
After 6 months of sleeping on the Grounded4Life grounding sheet, I had to write an updated review. I cannot recommend it more... and I am (by nature) really sceptical. It TRULY WORKS like magic. I have a family member selling them in her shop in Jhb. My sister-in-law, husband, daughter, 2 cousins, and multiple friends have also bought. My swelling & fibromyalgia is completely gone, I am sleeping deep (and I'm a light sleeper) and my body pain is much less throughout the day. They are handmade so quality is top notch, and their support team always ready to answer questions. Cannot recommend Grounded4Life enough!

After 6 months of sleeping on the Grounded4Life grounding sheet, I had to write an updated review. I cannot recommend it more... and I am (by nature) really sceptical. It TRULY WORKS like magic. I have a family member selling them in her shop in Jhb. My sister-in-law, husband, daughter, 2 cousins, and multiple friends have also bought. My swelling & fibromyalgia is completely gone, I am sleeping deep (and I'm a light sleeper) and my body pain is much less throughout the day. Don’t buy!
This company is a ****. It’s branded as South African and I trusted it and chose it because I thought it was local. It took over a month arrive, because it’s Chinese. I ordered King size and a single bed size arrived. The plug point is also not any I’ve ever seen before so you can’t use it. Grounding sheets might work but don’t buy from this company.
