Terrible company to deal with. Absolutely nothing arrived. I have sent en email. They just ignore you. I sent a WhatsApp message ignore you. It's a joke. Do not recommend.
I find the communication is zero , I have purchased something from them - the number you dial just goes to voice mail - no communication back from emails - It’s a sad story really ! Disappointed :(
MTN has now handed me over after I PAID MY ACCOUNT IN FULL. they started to debit my account every month AFTER I paid R9183.24 ref C*MTN STORES S 5326*484705 I asked Maud to please look into the account she says its due to me being in a credit that the system has flagged me. she managed to do a credit of R731.69 which I received. Blow me down one year later they hand me over to CSSSOLUTIONS ATTORNEYS. I have now been flagged as not paying, my FLAWLESS credit history has taken a dive. they haven't sent me ONE email saying I was in default. ABSOLUTELY nothing . I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS IS GOING TO GET SORTED OUT AS IVE NOW PAID R743.00 INTO MTN ACCOUNT AND R833.19 into the ATTORNEY account .
So in 2019 on the 9th of December i paid my Mtn contract IN full! Well this is the second review on the same problem. Now a year later they have flagged me for not paying my account after paying the account in FULL. I am now in the UK. I am FURIOUS... i have an amazing credit history. I am now *****ed thank you to MTN for flagging me for not paying its NOT on.
I've decided to cancel my contact as apposed to keeping it. As I am imagrating I was told the final payment is R9183.24 from MTN. As soon as I pay that they will cancel. Well after the contract has been cancelled. True as day they debited my account with a debit order. NO ONE DOES ANYTHING PROPERLY.
DSTV is probably the worst company that I've had to cancel anything from it took me roughly 3hrs. Just to simply cancel my service with them. After speaking to a whole bunch of people. I now am in credit R1200 and oh my word is it proving a nightmare to try and get that money back. I have emailed 7x Called like 10 times. It's proving virtually impossible to get them to part with money that is not actually their own.
I have asked my prestigious account personal to refund me for something they didn't even complete. I've asked them to do a reversal on an eft I sent in error as I had already paid for it. I paid R292.55 for Fanyana Maisela to complete the reversal before they even process the refund they took the R295.55 upfront. Only to get an email from Fanyana Maisela to say it was not successful as DSTV declined to give standard bank permission to return the money. Neverless. Fanyana Maisela sends me this message to my shock that I've now wasted 2 lots of money the money going to dst and the money standard bank took. I reply back in horror saying I am not happy with the reply that they will not do the refund and I've lost another R292.55 in a few they never sorted out. I was not aware that there was a chance it could be refused. I managed to get standard bank in Herm**** to refund me that pre fee. My ill-feeling comes from Fanyana Maisela whom didn't not bother replying with a decent reply to my email I sent back.
I've cancelled my contract in September 2015 with am official letter - <br> but they are still debiting my account-after the contract has been terminated- and you can never speak to the same person - <br> The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing - <br> Never will I take out a Telkom account you can never get rid of them !

To whom can help me ? I unfortunately signed up for a new Payment pebble ! Unfortunately it did not work i spoke to Mary Mtsheni she was very helpful and managed to send a new payment pebble to me within about a week or so . <br> unfortunatly this one does not work either. I called the rep Theo Velumrugen and he did not answer or return my call until i spoke to Mary about it . Then he called me and i told him he must show me how this pebble works , it does not even light up when plugged into my Iphone .Theo said he will call me back in 10 min and i have heard absolutly nothing from him . I have a feeling this is not the first time he has had hassles with these Pebbles. I am so glad i did not cancel my Capetic merchant machine, cause i would have lost alot of money ! My problem is who do i turn to now with this broken Pebble !
