I’m extremely upset and disappointed with the service we received from Nissani Kuils River. My mother took her car to Nissan because the clutch wasn’t working properly it wasn’t releasing as it should.
The car was with them for a week, and they gave us a quotation of R49,000. When my mother went to collect the car last week, we were shocked to find it in a worse condition than before. It had a terrible noise, and we were told that the gearbox was now damaged. The only thing they apparently did was change the oil.
We are completely confused ,the car was in perfect condition apart from the clutch issue. How do you end up paying R49,000 just to get your car damaged?
We chose to avoid local mechanics, believing that taking the car to the official dealership would be the safer and better option. Clearly, we were wrong. Even the manager tested the car and admitted that the clutch was still not working properly but nothing was done about it.
I am honestly furious and deeply disappointed. Now we have to fix the car all over again.
