I am disappointed with the level of client service I received from Group 1 Nissan Kuilsrivier,I contacted them to request a quotation, and the receptionist repeatedly promised to call me back with feedback. Unfortunately, no one ever made the effort to return my calls or provide any update.
I followed up multiple times, yet I still received no response. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to value its customers.
I hope management takes this complaint seriously and improves their client service, as this experience has been extremely frustrating and has left a very poor impression.
