It is not automatically applied, and a policy can only be activated where the option is selected and the mandate is accepted during that application journey.We recognise that the application process can move quickly, and if the option was selected unintentionally, or if you contacted us to cancel before the deduction took place, we would welcome the opportunity to investigate this and resolve it as a priority.
