Group R us insurance takers

Can someone tell me where do i go to raport ***** and theft plus unautherised transactions and invasion of privacy and damage to property because i recently moved from fnb to nedbank for this very reason of people getting access to our bank accounts without consent. What the hell is the banks security that weak or they just blind. I did not approve this and group r us should answer me asap because im curremtly unemployed trying to save whats left of my credit score by keeping account out of the neg then as i put money in these little ****s come and take it. Where do i open a case or get my money back because what income security for what i dont have an income from a firm except my own side jobs for now. I dont know which bank to go to there isnt one we can trust. Like the governments everyone has a finger in the pie. I want this resolved and which person do i go to that thinks they can yes/ no over my authority. Group r us is a ****.
