Warning of Grovest poor performance
I made venture capital investment with Grovest in 2019. The prospectus stated "Clear exit strategy through sale of underlying assets to Independent Power Producer or listing of GEL". Even after five years there is no exit option. The capital value has decreased. Dividends received is way below the inflation rate. Even Grovest does not want to buy-back shares - no investor would want to purchase under-performing shares - so I remain stuck indefinitely.

Grovest Rencell dissappointing performance
Five years ago I invested in Grovest venture capital Rencell project. After five years, the value of the shares have not grown and declined. Currently there is no viable exit mechanism for shareholders. Rencell is slow to respond to queries. I await response to my query: Is there any reason why I have not received invitations to the previous shareholders meetings? Please can you advise what is the standard process for invitations to the shareholders meetings so that I can get on the invitation list for future meetings?

Grovest - pathetic aftersales service
I had requested a copy of my IT3B tax certificate for the tax year ending 28 February 2022 from Grovest in March 2022 and even after numerous followup requests since then, I have not received any response or even acknowledgement of my request. My request was sent to numerous different people at Grovest. Not one bothered to respond. I also logged contact message on the Grovest website without any response as yet. It has been over four months without any response. This is not a company I would want to do business with in the future.
