Grovest - pathetic aftersales service

I had requested a copy of my IT3B tax certificate for the tax year ending 28 February 2022 from Grovest in March 2022 and even after numerous followup requests since then, I have not received any response or even acknowledgement of my request. My request was sent to numerous different people at Grovest. Not one bothered to respond. I also logged contact message on the Grovest website without any response as yet. It has been over four months without any response. This is not a company I would want to do business with in the future.
