Lack of communication- Grow wise is difficult to deal with

Grow wise capital, I am so disappointed with your service. It is very difficult to deal with you, your lack of communication is disheartening. I have contacted all available channels, to no avail (email, call centre, whatsapp, facebook) Lastly, a consultant sent an email to say he called me, the phone rang twice. Upon me answering it dropped. I sent an email back to ask them to call me back up until now, I have not received the call. The amount of airtime I have spent from holding on only to get a message that the line is unavailable is crazy. Please do better, even your whatsapp line there is no response for days (I dont even understand why it is a platform). I am very disappointed.
