My name is Yemvelo Sonka, MTN handed over my account to Hammondpole attorney's. I've since settled the account on the 20th of November 2025 but am being sent from pillar to post for a proof of settlement between the 2 entities. My future employment is hanging on this as I need to clear the adverse. Today on the 29th of December I am still being sent up and down. I need this resolved ASAP, its been WELL OVER A MONTH!!!! Grow wise capital, I am so disappointed with your service. It is very difficult to deal with you, your lack of communication is disheartening. I have contacted all available channels, to no avail (email, call centre, whatsapp, facebook) Lastly, a consultant sent an email to say he called me, the phone rang twice. Upon me answering it dropped. I sent an email back to ask them to call me back up until now, I have not received the call. The amount of airtime I have spent from holding on only to get a message that the line is unavailable is crazy. Please do better, even your whatsapp line there is no response for days (I dont even understand why it is a platform). I am very disappointed.
