Growatt and Natcorp not coming to the party

After they said they replacing it they saying it is with their logistics company, the can't give me the tracking number and I must wait for a email. It's now 2 weeks no feedback, Vincent at Growatt is rubbing me around the bush. NATCORP is the logistics company aparently that deals with it.
