Absolutely horrible customer service. The motor of the washing machine broke just after the 2 year mark. The warranty kicks in and now no sign of Grundig , their parts , customer care or even feedback on the estimated arrival / fitment of the part. It has been going on two months without a word from them . I keep sending messages on their website and still no response , try their customer care line and no response. Pathetic , don't ever buy anything from them. Rather stick to other Good quality brands. Lesson learnt.
