The worst customer experience ever! I've bought a fridge that broke down 2 years after I bough it. I've reached Grundig for my warranty rights, they took 2 days to send a technician to verify the appliance, the technician said it needed to order a piece to fix it that would take 2 days, only came back after a week after a lot of calls and insistence from our side. Then he came with the new piece and says that it still doesn't work and the fridge need to be replaced, and still no replacement has been made after other 3 calls. Conclusion... almost 2 weeks without a fridge and their customer support don't give a flying f* about it's customers! The worst customer support and post sale experience ever! Don't buy this brand ever, they need to be put out of business!! It's shamefully!
