Poor service and even worse workmanship
The workmanship is shocking, the windows look like they have been installed by amateurs. My carpets are covered in paint and have had holes burned into them from the grinding and removing of old window frames. The two day job is now dragging into two weeks, the guys rock up as and when the feel like it, there is zero communication and the owner does not have a clue what his teams are doing. Save your money, your time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Gryffin have no idea what they are doing
If I could give zero stars I would. It’s unreal that they can come replace windows, destroy all of the plaster and tiles around it and then just leave without finishing a decent job. No tiles were replaced (which was never brought to our attention) and the plaster looked disgusting when they were “finished”

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s unreal that they can come replace windows, destroy all of the plaster and tiles around it and then just leave without finishing a decent job. Poor Craftsmanship and a thief.
Please stay away from the company. You will be very dissapointed. After numerous promises the owner now does not respond. My doors looks like it has been installed by total amateurs...poor quality installation and not completed. He has run away with my money.. stay away!!!
