Don't know about the company but our guide who privately escorted us was absolutely fantastic.

The reviews that are written here is absolutely absurd and cannot believe this is still up. We traveled with in 2018 December and everything went perfectly smooth. We did a bus tour. Its shocking to see the length that people would go to to put people down. We did a tour to Hungary and Czech republic as a private group mainly English speaking and it was absolutely amazing and had the most amazing sitdown dinner every meal. We even enjoyed a cruise. It was exceptional. We paid R35 000 per person and stayed in 5 star hotels. It just comes to show how narrow minded the Afrikaans people are. We really feel sorry for you but we can only say AMAZING. Well done! We were told about this so we would just like to share our experience with other people which was FUNTASTIC!!!
