Excellent private tour except for a small incident, but not the end of the world
We heard about this from our guide who said people are still dragging his name through the mud as one of our tour's group members came across this information and decided not to take the tour. We were sceptic at first but the guide gave us reassurance by coming out to our house and book everything there and then and we received everything. Would just like to set the record straight. After the group member alerted everyone in the group using backdoors we were only 5 that went. It was really a wonderful time that we had. We would just like to make a suggestion. Not so much museums and more time to shop. Except for incident with the dinner at our one restaurant however our guide took care of this for us and forgot to gave our money back which was just a little over €30 but our guide had done so after asking. Breathtaking sights really informative and fun tour. Will definitely go again. We wanted to do so early 2019, however the guides mother passed away in 2018 and our guide was in no state and refused even after we planned to go with our guide privately he said he needed time, wanted to go in 2020 but his grandfather had passed away due to Covid and broke our guide totally. We hope to travel just the three of us in the near future privately. He asked us personally today to do so as this was questioned by someone so we thought we just have to tell people and say that we can recommend a trip. Our guide had a lot of jokes to share on our trip and see to us never having a dull moment. We were 6 people. 5 family members and our guide. He is like family now.

Don't know about the company but our guide who privately escorted us was absolutely fantastic.
The reviews that are written here is absolutely absurd and cannot believe this is still up. We traveled with in 2018 December and everything went perfectly smooth. We did a bus tour. Its shocking to see the length that people would go to to put people down. We did a tour to Hungary and Czech republic as a private group mainly English speaking and it was absolutely amazing and had the most amazing sitdown dinner every meal. We even enjoyed a cruise. It was exceptional. We paid R35 000 per person and stayed in 5 star hotels. It just comes to show how narrow minded the Afrikaans people are. We really feel sorry for you but we can only say AMAZING. Well done! We were told about this so we would just like to share our experience with other people which was FUNTASTIC!!!

Facebook page "GSA TOERE wat nou" het ook swak en goeie terugvoer. I will rather not use this guy again. Too many have experienced the same .... no refunds altgough he agreed to pay back the money. Too many that tell stories about unorganized tours and very poor service and communication. After all, it was a lot of money we have entrusted him with and he spoiled the deal.

Wonderful river cruise
We would just like to thank GSA Tours being so helpful and patient. Thank you for making our Russian river cruise as pleasurable as possible. Wonderful river cruise

Best of May tour in years
We always went to Europe but with GSA it was something else being able to explore all those beautiful places. We went to Italy,Austria and Germany. We enjoyed every moment but I guess each opinions for themselves however I just felt I had to write this review because of wolfs throwing GSA Tours name down the drain because of jealousy. We had the time of our life everytjing given as promised as well as extras. We even enjoyed ice cream the real italian ice cream!

Best of May tour in years

Excellent tour! When we saw people bashing deons name we would just like to add that we went with GSA Tours in May what an awesome experience we got to see everythoing it was very enjoyable

Fantastic tour
I can definitely recommend GSA Tours. We went to Italy in May and it was amazing! We really enjoyed our trip and got more wprth for our money than we paid and got to see most beautiful places. I will go again me and my daughter. I can highly recommend it and cannot believe people speak like that about Deon you can contact me as well our guide certainly knows his ways around Europe feel free to contact me as well as other May people that made the tour with. Fantastic tour
