Excellent private tour except for a small incident, but not the end of the world

We heard about this from our guide who said people are still dragging his name through the mud as one of our tour's group members came across this information and decided not to take the tour. We were sceptic at first but the guide gave us reassurance by coming out to our house and book everything there and then and we received everything. Would just like to set the record straight. After the group member alerted everyone in the group using backdoors we were only 5 that went. It was really a wonderful time that we had. We would just like to make a suggestion. Not so much museums and more time to shop. Except for incident with the dinner at our one restaurant however our guide took care of this for us and forgot to gave our money back which was just a little over €30 but our guide had done so after asking. Breathtaking sights really informative and fun tour. Will definitely go again. We wanted to do so early 2019, however the guides mother passed away in 2018 and our guide was in no state and refused even after we planned to go with our guide privately he said he needed time, wanted to go in 2020 but his grandfather had passed away due to Covid and broke our guide totally. We hope to travel just the three of us in the near future privately. He asked us personally today to do so as this was questioned by someone so we thought we just have to tell people and say that we can recommend a trip. Our guide had a lot of jokes to share on our trip and see to us never having a dull moment. We were 6 people. 5 family members and our guide. He is like family now.
