Ek het in 2018 saam getoer, Duitsland en Oostenryk toer. Wat n belewenis, baie goed gereel en die toerleier was baie gaaf. Ons was n lekker groep en het die mooiste van mooi gesien.
I had a contract with mtn and it ended mid August 2020 so I cancelled, to confirm that I don't want to upgrade. Recently I wanted to open an account elsewhere and found out that I have a judgement against my name from mtn. According to them I have an outstanding payment of R200 and something due to data received in October. First of all, the customer service on 135 is pathetic! The contract department just kept saying I owe money, but not ONCE did I receive an email, sms or call to inform me about this neither about the fact that they are going to put a judgement against my name. The best of all, after I requested the cancellation the retention department called me and they confirmed cancellation without any extra costs. Now how should I have known that I owe them money? I am 21 years old, never paid anything late now I have a judgement against my name for R200 and something, how ridiculous? Oh and I am not even done. I went into Cape Gate mtn store and they told me they cannot resolve it I must call. They then gave me 2 numbets including the legal department number, but when I call the numbers it just says "our numbers have changed please call 135" this is really so ridiculous! No one has a solution for me.
