GSM SERVICE PATHETIC

I took my husband's cellphone for repair - only thing that was wrong was that maybe the battery went and the phone freezes. After just a few hours they let me know the cellphone is ready with a cost of R850. I went to fetch the phone, while standing in the shop I told them that the phone was not repaired. They told me the technician says I must take the phone home, put it on charge, then the phone will be fine. Nothing happened - the phone did not even charge. I took the phone back, after lots of phone calls they phoned me back, telling me that they have to reload the cellphone. After three days I went there, ask them for the phone and my money back. I took the phone to another repair centre. This morning I heard that there was another country's software loaded on the cellphone, and that they have to send it to Samsung for further assistance.

The service at GSM Bloemfontein is pathetic. I won't refer anyone to that shop! The technician there can't be called a technician!!!!!!!!
