I took my husband's cellphone for repair - only thing that was wrong was that maybe the battery went and the phone freezes. After just a few hours they let me know the cellphone is ready with a cost of R850. I went to fetch the phone, while standing in the shop I told them that the phone was not repaired. They told me the technician says I must take the phone home, put it on charge, then the phone will be fine. Nothing happened - the phone did not even charge. I took the phone back, after lots of phone calls they phoned me back, telling me that they have to reload the cellphone. After three days I went there, ask them for the phone and my money back. I took the phone to another repair centre. This morning I heard that there was another country's software loaded on the cellphone, and that they have to send it to Samsung for further assistance. The service at GSM Bloemfontein is pathetic. I won't refer anyone to that shop! The technician there can't be called a technician!!!!!!!!

I placed an order with exact specifications on how big I wanted the wooden disks, what detail had to be on it (sent and email with the wording to them as well), even gave them an example of what it should look like, I painted the wooden sheets the colour I wanted it before-hand and asked the lady behind the counter to repeat and explain to me what I wanted, to be sure she understood (details were also given on the quote, of which I received a copy). I was very specific, as this was for my wedding.<br> <br> My fiance collected the goods when it was finished, but what they send me was not what I wanted at all! The disks were too small, the disks had burn marks on it, the wording was not on the disks, the wooden figures that had to be placed on top of the disks were too small and even varied in size.<br> <br> I sent an email to the email address on their card, just explaining what I asked for vs. what I received. A man (Johan) replied (I suspect he is the owner), but he was so unprofessional, sarcastic and even accused me of threatening his personnel. I would show my emails to anyone to judge whether I threatened anyone. It is just not the way I do things.<br> <br> Absolute horrible experience!
