I paid for a roll up garage door motor on the 21st November.This was done via the GSR Security Solutions Website on the 21st November. After not receiving delivery of my purchase , i enquired from the owner who claimed they were out of stock.This excuse continued for about 3 weeks.Thereafter i received an email from them asking for my banking details so that i could get a refund.This email came in December/early January . I did send my banking details and up to date have received nothing .The owner has not responded to a whatts app message i sent and recently has not taken any of my calls .It seems like i am not the only one who has experienced this , there are others as well. Be careful and don't fall victim to this as well.
