Do not use GSR Security
An extremely disappointing experience with Gerhard. My electric fence was installed October 21, one month later had problems with the gate motor and solar panel. He promised to come in January 22 to fix the problem. Never turned up but always promised when phoned that he would come. The first truck came to deliver bricks and the whole track for the gate collapsed. Sent photos to him and since then still has not come to sort out his bad workmanship. Now his phone does not even ring - I suppose he has changed phones because too many people are after him for being a crook!

Do not use GSR Security

UNTRUSTWORTY BUSINESS AND PERSONS!!! DO NOT SUPPORT!! BE AWARE!!!
Gerhard from GSR Security placed an order with us (Buy Bulk) and told us the order is very urgent. WE must proceed with the order and he will make a payment. In good faith we placed the order and had it couriered to 1299A Lawson Avenue Waverley, Pretoria. This was on the 8th of FEb 2022. Until this day we are battling to get our money out of Gerhard. WE have tried calling him from numerous number and he either puts the phone down or tell us to hold on then he ends the call. I am sorry to say but Gerhard has NO INTEGRITY and is not a person anyone can trust., Looking at all the previous comments, no one should be doing ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

We paid upfront for work to be done. The provider had many excuses for not completing the work. After advising that the job was too small and he was too busy, we are now battling to get the refund with him ignoring calls, deleting emails unread and failing to refund as promised when he is reached.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES
Gerhardt installed security fencing around a small area at the business I work for. He was paid in advance for further work and has been difficult to reach since. 4 months and many excuses and lies later, he advised he would refund the money as the job was too small and he was too busy. Paid for goods not yet received
I paid for a roll up garage door motor on the 21st November.This was done via the GSR Security Solutions Website on the 21st November. After not receiving delivery of my purchase , i enquired from the owner who claimed they were out of stock.This excuse continued for about 3 weeks.Thereafter i received an email from them asking for my banking details so that i could get a refund.This email came in December/early January . I did send my banking details and up to date have received nothing .The owner has not responded to a whatts app message i sent and recently has not taken any of my calls .It seems like i am not the only one who has experienced this , there are others as well. Be careful and don't fall victim to this as well.

I made an online purchase via GSR Security Solutions online on the 21 November 2021 for an amount of R1800 . After no delivery had taken place i enquired only to be told by the owner Gerhard that his supplier had no stock.He made promises of delivery for about 3 weeks in a row but i had not received the roll up garage motor i paid for.He then asked me for banking details so that he could give me a refund , that was in December 2021 .I still have not received anything from him. The irony is that his display pic on whatts app says "Walking in Integrity"..As far as i am concerned he is a common thief .DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIS STORE , YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT

Stay away from GSR Security Solutions. Owner is a fraud who uses his online store as a cashflow opportunity. Whenever you order something from the online store, he will contact you and say that there was no stock from the supplier. Then he will say that he will make a refund, and you will listen to Gerhard's excuses for months and never get any refund. DO NOT USE THE ONLINE STORE, you will never get the goods or a refund. If you are a victim, please look up my Google review and make contact with me, I am getting cases together to send to the Merchant to close down the online shop.

Fake payments
This guy is a thief, I am losing my job because of him, he purchased stock and fake payment, and dissapeared with the stock. I now have a disciplinary hearing because of that. I have 5 kids to feed and he did this to me.
