**** POOR COMMUNICATION - GUMTREE SA

i generate an income from Gumtree running adds as I sell puppies and various other items.

my primary account i have had for years and this was note useable for a reason i still do not know as Gumtree has a support facility that generates a ticket but no one comes back to you and if you email the Support email given there is also no feedback even stating that they will respond in 6hrs.

i had to create another profile that i have been running for over 3 years and boom, same **** agai. income affected, emails sent, support tickets generates.....silence from gumtree! LekkerLubbz@gmial.com.

so i generate a 3rd account, the profile set up goes well everything is verified, Contact, email and my ID......next day, cannot access or post an add. *** GUMTREE! jldiscountwarehouse@gmail.com

the biggest issue here is the silence. no one gets back to you and there is no contact number. you either deal with a robot on the "LIVE CHAT" or get a automated support ticket response, THATS IT!

i have all the evidence. i have all the emails.

CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!
