THE WORST SERVICE !!

I had a horrible experience with GunmanSA and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased a blank gun for my personal protection, but when I received the item, it was faulty and completely non-functional. When I went back to request a return or replacement, they refused to assist me.

After pushing for answers, I was told they had CCTV footage showing that someone from the courier service they use tampered with the gun. Despite this, they still refused to replace or refund the item. I even have screenshots proving my multiple attempts to engage with them, yet they continued to ignore my concerns.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible—they do not care about their clients and take no responsibility for the products they sell. Even after proving that the issue was caused by their courier, they still left me with a defective product and out of pocket.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from GunmanSA! If anything goes wrong with your purchase, they will blame external parties and refuse to assist you. They are more than happy to take your money but will not stand behind their products when issues arise. Avoid them at all costs!
