Dnt buy from them they falsely advertise. I purchased a pxn vd6 bundle on 6.3.26 from Gunmansa price advertise was R6520 did it on payflex Everything Sorted get WhatsApp with order number,got an email with invoice. Then 30mins later get email from payflex saying a refund was done. No communication from Gunmansa I tried call and WhatsApp from +-2:30 til 4:30pm. Got no answer on both platforms. I checked later on and saw the item is still available on their website but now for R8671.60 and then the next day for R8606. I emailed them no answer,I tried calling no answer,it is not ethical to do something like this

I ordered an item on 07/03/2026 #G63753SA. To date, I have only received one automated response confirming that order. I tried getting in contact for 4 days without success and zero feedback. I did not receive a tracking number, nor the name of the courier company. Then last night, I get a message that my parcel was successfully delivered?! How and where? Certainly not to my address! I want my money back so I can buy somewhere else. This really bad service and exceptionally bad logistics management! You need to resolve this as a matter of urgency, otherwise I persue further steps.

Please be cautious when dealing with this company. They falsely advertise their products, and when you request a return, they attempt to charge an unjustified 20% “administration fee.” Their justification is that the SKU is the same, yet the product names and descriptions differ completely. They also list multiple identical items under different model names, which adds to the confusion. I’ve attached images as proof. I fully intend to escalate this matter to Zeropay, the ARB, the CPA, and the NCC, and pursue legal action. If you’ve experienced similar issues with this company, please feel free to contact me directly.

Please be cautious when dealing with this company. They falsely advertise their products, and when you request a return, they attempt to charge an unjustified 20% “administration fee.” Their justification is that the SKU is the same, yet the product names and descriptions differ completely. They also list multiple identical items under different model names, which adds to the confusion. I’ve attached images as proof. I fully intend to escalate this matter to Zeropay, the ARB, the CPA, and the NCC, and pursue legal action. I had a horrible experience with GunmanSA and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased a blank gun for my personal protection, but when I received the item, it was faulty and completely non-functional. When I went back to request a return or replacement, they refused to assist me. After pushing for answers, I was told they had CCTV footage showing that someone from the courier service they use tampered with the gun. Despite this, they still refused to replace or refund the item. I even have screenshots proving my multiple attempts to engage with them, yet they continued to ignore my concerns. Their customer service is absolutely terrible—they do not care about their clients and take no responsibility for the products they sell. Even after proving that the issue was caused by their courier, they still left me with a defective product and out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from GunmanSA! If anything goes wrong with your purchase, they will blame external parties and refuse to assist you. They are more than happy to take your money but will not stand behind their products when issues arise. Avoid them at all costs!
