Bad after service and assistance
They quick but after service shocking clean your gutters with no authorisation to charge you for it do a shoddy job of painting the roof then tell you pay for the clean then will arrange for roof respray the one guy takes long to respond to messages and send staff out without half products to fix leaks and respray and lets staff know late to see a client not how business is conducted staff that did job are good but owner and office is shoddy. Even after they cleaned without my permission which apparently was the cause it rained and guess what still leaks not good.

Misunderstanding
We have sorted out a misunderstanding I just want to say that on my previous post of Gutterfriends i wanted to remove it because it was a misunderstanding. They did contact me back to sorted out the alignment. I was just so impatient that I probably over reacted. Unfortunately with this stupid platform's you cant remove mistakes. So i am just apologising for me Post.

Cannot get them to come out and fix the slope of all my gutters
Gutter Friends came out and installed gutters on my house. At their request I paid a deposit to secure them coming out and wanted to hold back the last bit until the job was finished satisfactorily. They pressured me into paying the last big which I did. Not one of my gutters flows the right way towards the downpipe. Every single one has water pooling and leaking out the seams. I emailed to ask them to come out, and they said they would, and it took about 6 more emails to get them to commit to a date. That date came and passed without them coming out and not even a phone call or message from them to apologise or reschedule. I will now pay another company to come out and fix their work. Would not recommend them.
