GUTTER PEOPLE don't care about their clients

In Nov 2015 I commissioned GUTTER PEOPLE West Rand, to install gutters in my house. I ended up with wrong down-pipes and skew gutters that are not draining (they blame the house levels???). <br> I asked the Manager/owner (Julius Ball) to come and sort out the issues (even at additional costs). Since December last year they have been promising to come out and correct the problems. Every week I call Julius Ball to ask when they will come and sort this out - and every week he has some excuse on why he has not come out and cannot give me a date (unable to plan?). <br> The last time I spoke to him (8/2/2016) he was extremely rude and told me to \Find another company if I didn't want to wait\" - They don't want to acknowledge that this is a result of GUTTER PEOPLE 's bad workmanship and not my doing - they should fix the problems and stand by their guarantees and customer promises. <br> Now I see that there are many other unhappy GUTTER PEOPLE customers with the same issues - so it is obviously a company that doesn't care about their clients.<br> I just wanted simple gutters installed. I paid them in good faith. I do not need to be rudely insulted. <br> I CANNOT RECOMMEND GUTTER PEOPLE AND REGRET USING THEM."
