Well written Mr McLaren. Reading the News24 article it seems as if you have many dissatisfied customers. (Remember for every complainant that takes the time and effort to sit down and write a bad report there are at least 100 who don't have the time). The money you took from me was substantial but not enough to continue the fight. I discussed this issue with a detective at my local SAPS and his advice was unless I had a lot of time on my hands I had best lay a complaint via Hello Peter. You have avoided a police case this time simply because I chose not to push this issue further.
