Extremely aggressive owner

About a month ago, I visited GWB Performance Auto in Parkview, Johannesburg, to have my car checked. The owner sent me an SMS to collect the car, but when I arrived, he started shouting, claiming he’d called to ask me to come later. Despite my offer to pay, he insisted he was doing it for free, which I never requested. I then waited two hours for a test drive, feeling awful about his rude behavior. He later apologized, but the experience left me shaken.

Recently, I returned to have the battery disconnected and reconnected to address ongoing electronic issues. The owner assigned an assistant to help, who was professional and kind. While I managed to start the car with difficulty, the issue persisted. The assistant asked me to turn the car off to investigate further, but it wouldn’t restart afterward. The assistant never returned.

When I explained this to the owner, he responded aggressively, that it wasn’t his problem. Once again, I was met with unnecessary hostility. I have never asked for free services, and this experience was incredibly unpleasant. He didn't care that I was now stuck without a car.
