I had a wonderful experience with this company, they made the whole experience so easy, and Oliver the Mechanic was fantastic
I had a wonderful chat with one of your representatives, she called me to see if I wanted to book holiday accommodation, what a wonderful experience.
About a month ago, I visited GWB Performance Auto in Parkview, Johannesburg, to have my car checked. The owner sent me an SMS to collect the car, but when I arrived, he started shouting, claiming he’d called to ask me to come later. Despite my offer to pay, he insisted he was doing it for free, which I never requested. I then waited two hours for a test drive, feeling awful about his rude behavior. He later apologized, but the experience left me shaken. Recently, I returned to have the battery disconnected and reconnected to address ongoing electronic issues. The owner assigned an assistant to help, who was professional and kind. While I managed to start the car with difficulty, the issue persisted. The assistant asked me to turn the car off to investigate further, but it wouldn’t restart afterward. The assistant never returned. When I explained this to the owner, he responded aggressively, that it wasn’t his problem. Once again, I was met with unnecessary hostility. I have never asked for free services, and this experience was incredibly unpleasant. He didn't care that I was now stuck without a car.
I had a car accident First help tow truck drivers arrived I told them I didn't want them to tow my car. They asked me what insurance company I am with and I told them Hollard. As I was about to call my broker I recieved a call from Hollard ssying they had a collision report and they said that First Help could tow my car. First Help towed my car. When I got home I thought how did Hollard know that I had an accident I fon't have tracker in my car. When I spoke to my broker they said there was no report of my car being towed by First Help. Luckily I had the tow truck's liscence plate number and they were able to track down my car. Obviously First Help got my cell number from my liscence plate and then got someone to call me pretending they were from Hollard. Never get assistance from First Help.
The owner of this company Drienie Botes has been working and living in our house which is our family trust, she hasn't paid rent for months.
I am enjoying the gym and the facilities, but I am very upset with their accounts department, they debited the wrong amount from my account and they still have reimbursed me for the amount they overcharged me and it has been a month.
I went to PNA today in Killarney Mall, Johannesburg and received brilliant service from Pulane, it is great to finally go to a shop and not have to wander around aimlessly, Pulane approached me and helped me find exactly what I needed and also gave me advice regarding the best product to buy.
I was contacted by Clientele legal, I agreed to take their legal plan, I had 30 days to cancel, within this 30 day period I decided to cancel and I notified them. There was no response from their side. They are still debiting my account even though I have repeatedly emailed them a that I don't want the policy.
I have had the worst experience with this company, I’m amazed that they get away with this completely unethical behavior.. The blatant incompetence, unprofessional service. By far the worst company I have ever encountered..
This landlord is by far the worst landlord I have ever experienced. My husband stayed a year in Chris Steadman's property in Parkview Johannesburg, He said that he would clean the place before he moved in, he never cleaned the cottage, it was very dirty I spend the day cleaning up cobwebs the filthy floors the couch was filthy so I cleaned the cover, the stove had grease so the gas hob didn't work properly after I cleaned it then it worked. The wall had a huge crack, their was a huge crack down the supporting wall, when I expressed my concern he told me to wear a helmet. when I walked down the wooden stairs the wooden stair broke and I almost had a serious injury. He never repainted the walls as promised. The kettle was broken his wife removed the kettle and the microwave was filthy. When my husband made several attempts to return the keys he never made himself available, he wasn't present for an outgoing inspection. He never placed the deposit in an interest bearing account. When my husband asked for the deposit to be refunded into his account, he made outrageous accusations, unbelievable lies so that he wouldn't have to pay the deposit back, This landlord is by far the worst landlord I have ever experienced.
