Regenesys
Based on recent customer reviews, Regenesys presents a sharply divided customer experience. The institution benefits from several standout student advisors who are praised by name for exceptional, personalised support. However, recurring complaints around refund processing, administrative inefficiency, and poor communication with finance departments significantly undermine the overall experience, particularly for students seeking cancellations or financial resolution.

Dear Finance / Accounts Team, I hope you are well. I would like to formally request assistance regarding the payment of referral bonuses for two students I referred who enrolled for the February 2026 intake at Regenesys Business School. The details are as follows: 1. Mr. David Gcina Mpontshane – Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Online Referral bonus due: R8,000.00 Referred to: Mr. Ashwin Dubey – Senior Academic Advisor I was informed that the referral documentation had been submitted for payment processing. 2. Mr. Godfrey Mohela Pilusa – Master of Public Management (MPM) Online Referral bonus due: R5,000.00 Referred to: Ms. Diana Lesebo – Associate Team Leader I was advised that the documents were submitted and that her manager indicated payments would be processed. Both students were referred by me, Thulani Mkrola, and they are currently registered and actively studying. For context, I am also a Regenesys alumnus, having completed my Master of Public Management (MPM) with the institution, and I am currently studying Bachelor of Laws (LLB). I therefore take pride in referring prospective students to the institution. However, the lack of clear feedback regarding the processing and payment timelines of these referral bonuses is concerning. The delay and absence of transparent communication make it difficult for me to confidently continue referring students in the future. Furthermore, the Gauteng Office of the Premier bursary payments have already been settled, which confirms that the students’ registrations and funding processes have been finalized. I would therefore appreciate your assistance in confirming: • Whether the referral payment requests for the above students have been received • The current status of the payments • The expected timeframe for payment Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards Thulani Mkrola

Regenesys business school in Sandton. Bad customer service no one accept help desk was assisting me. The administration staff are not getting back to me regarding my transcript. They are unprofessional and unorganized. They don't have any records of my degree or the results and credits. They could only sent me an incomplete statement of results.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of assistance I have received from my institution regarding a serious issue with my student account and registration. When I registered for the Bachelor of Computer Science programme in 2025, I submitted my bursary documentation confirming that my bursary provides R45,000 per year in funding. Despite submitting all the required documentation, I was incorrectly registered as a retail student instead of a bursary-funded student. Because of this administrative error, my student portal was repeatedly suspended throughout the year due to outstanding balances that should have been handled under the bursary arrangement. These suspensions occurred during critical academic periods, including examinations, placing my academic progress and bursary funding at serious risk. I have sent multiple follow-up emails (currently on my fifth follow-up), made several calls, and even spoke directly with one of the managers responsible for the BSc Computer Science programme. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved and my student portal has remained suspended since last year. For transparency, these are the figures currently on my account that I have repeatedly asked the institution to explain: • I am registered as a bursary-funded student. • My 2025 tuition quote amounted to R85,100.00. • A total payment of R90,000.00 has been made and allocated to my student account. • Despite this, my account reflects an additional outstanding balance of R15,205.89. Based on these figures, the payments made already exceed the quoted tuition amount. I have formally requested a detailed reconciliation explaining: The origin and calculation of the R15,205.89 balance. Any additional fees or charges app**** beyond the quoted tuition. A full statement of account reflecting all debits, credits, interest charges, and allocations. Confirmation of whether any interest was app**** and on what basis. I even tried to be proactive by requesting to make a payment arrangement for my 2026 fees so that I could proceed with my second year while the matter is being resolved. Unfortunately, I have still not received proper clarification or assistance. What is even more concerning is that I was warned that if I post about this issue on social media platforms or HelloPeter, I could be expelled from the institution. As a student who has been trying for months to resolve this matter through the proper internal channels, this was extremely discouraging to hear. This situation is now putting my academic future at risk. My bursary funding is conditional on my academic progression. If I cannot proceed with my second year this year because of unresolved administrative issues, I may lose my bursary and be forced to repay the funding already used for my studies — which would be financially devastating. At this point, the prolonged delays and lack of clarity have even forced me to consider transferring to another institution simply to protect my academic progress and bursary funding. All I am asking for is a transparent reconciliation of my account, correction of my bursary status, and reinstatement of my student portal so that I can continue my studies without further disruption. I sincerely hope this matter can finally receive the urgent attention it deserves.

Still not allocated classes but paid fees in January and we in March now. They forever promising to deliver but nothing happens. I haven’t received any orientation links. My classes was supposed to start first week of Feb. We in March and been send from pillar to post. Iam receiving emails of outstanding payments for Feb and March but Iam not even registered online classes yet. This institution is not good at all. I need my full refund back. Cancelling contracts. My emails not going through. Iam being ghosted. I feel like they do this on purpose so that one cancels the contract and then they refuse to refund.

My husband has been struggling to get a refund, I called and spoke to someone and as soon as I mentioned a refund my call was put down. Trying to get through to them is impossible and they do not respond to any of our mails. The worst I have ever dealt with.
