Bad service

Typical sales people, very helpful and eager to do their best and make the client feel very comfortable.

After delivery, when they received their money they absolutely do their best to keep you on a line, it took Marco more than a Month to give me answer, he had to talk to a Manager the manager had to talk to this person and that person to another person and it goes on like that for a whole month. Seems they don't know who is in charge there.

When you think you are luck and got an answer out of them the next thing starts. They collect my car for 2 new tyres, 09:00 in the morning, I clearly told them I will be needing my car at 14:00 to fetch my kid from school. 15:00 I don't have my car yet or an answer how late I will get my car.

But why should they care, they got the money already.
