GYM FANATICS - THIEVES!!!!!

I ordered 7 Items from them on 25 Feb.2018 and Paid R 1561.00 (INCL. R200 SHIPPING) on the same day. I received two items from them on 03 April 2018 via courier, but the quality was SO bad that I immediately emailed them to inform them to cancel the rest of my order and refund my money. They send me an email on 10 April, informing me that my money will be refunded on 15 May 2018. That was the last email I have ever received from them. I started enquiring from 15 May 2018 about my refund, and I have not received an answer from them at all, they have not contacted me via email OR phone and when you phone their landline, it is ALWAYS engaged. I can now just presume that I that they have stolen my money and ran away!!!! Please do not buy ANYTHING from them, it is SUCH POOR quality and the steal your money and do not contact you bac****
