Zero communication
Ordered 1200 rand worth of leggings !!!! Got the first few emails about my order then heard absolutely nothing afterwards , I left multiple emails demanding response and for them to contact me urgently and phoned multiple times but the line was always busy . Beginning to think this is a scam it has been way to long - terrible - do not order from this website -

Very very bad service
I have placed order in 26 April 2018, received email from Annuska Koen, clearly thank me for my business and it will take up to 60 working days for the delivery of the tights. After numerous attempts to contact them I received email from Annuska saying that they will refund me. After a week with no refund, I tried contact Annuska again. as well as placing comments on their fb page with regards to bad service. This morning I checked, they deleted my comments, changed the security settings so that you cannot make any comments anymore, still advertise their products. I then received email from Annuska saying that the company closed down and its not her business, she forwarded my banking details to "the company"??????? No contact details of "the company" was provided even after I've requested it. How can they still advertise on fb if they closed down????

Annuska Kuhn/ gym fanatics
I placed an order for gym tights on 6 may. I was assured that , even with customs delays, delivery would take no more than 30 days. It is now 29 June (therefore approaching 60 days) and all of my e mails to annuska Koen of gym fanatics have been ignored. I have since seen many complaints in hello peter about them. I will be proceeding with legal action as I am an attorney but wanted to alert the public as to the conduct of these people.

GYM FANATICS - THIEVES!!!!!
I ordered 7 Items from them on 25 Feb.2018 and Paid R 1561.00 (INCL. R200 SHIPPING) on the same day. I received two items from them on 03 April 2018 via courier, but the quality was SO bad that I immediately emailed them to inform them to cancel the rest of my order and refund my money. They send me an email on 10 April, informing me that my money will be refunded on 15 May 2018. That was the last email I have ever received from them. I started enquiring from 15 May 2018 about my refund, and I have not received an answer from them at all, they have not contacted me via email OR phone and when you phone their landline, it is ALWAYS engaged. I can now just presume that I that they have stolen my money and ran away!!!! Please do not buy ANYTHING from them, it is SUCH POOR quality and the steal your money and do not contact you bac****

Crazy delivery time scales and poor service
Worst online delivery experience. 2nd time I have used them. First time order took over 30 days in 3 separate deliveries. Most of the items were poor, cheap quality. The 2nd time I am now waiting 2& half months for two items.
