I have placed order in 26 April 2018, received email from Annuska Koen, clearly thank me for my business and it will take up to 60 working days for the delivery of the tights. After numerous attempts to contact them I received email from Annuska saying that they will refund me. After a week with no refund, I tried contact Annuska again. as well as placing comments on their fb page with regards to bad service. This morning I checked, they deleted my comments, changed the security settings so that you cannot make any comments anymore, still advertise their products. I then received email from Annuska saying that the company closed down and its not her business, she forwarded my banking details to "the company"??????? No contact details of "the company" was provided even after I've requested it. How can they still advertise on fb if they closed down????
<p>When started browsing around for a new tablet on price check, Tiptop Shopping Cart came up and I was very sceptical as I never heard of the company. So I decided to email them first. Right from the start they gave me such excellent customer services. The company closed for business from 25 November until the beginning of the new year to upgrade their system. I paid for my tablet on 25th and received it via courier the following week. I took a change and emailed Lucky requesting another tablet as a gift for someone and even though they closed for the year, he still went out of his way to assist me, I received an email my order has being processed and I will receive my tablet in the following week. How many companies go out of their way for clients, my business with them is such a small amount but they still make sure I am happy with their product and service. Wow!! And best part is their prices are unbelievable. Blessed to have found Tiptop Shopping Cart.</p>
Pls dont ever deal this there online store. I placed a second order of same shoes just different size on the 4th and even explained to the online consultant. The consultant (Terry) confirmed the order is ready, they just waiting confirmation from bank for deposit. By the 15th I still did not received anything so I phoned, he promise to check with courier company. I phoned again later and he said \my order is confused\" because I order and paid for same shoes twice diffrent and on days. I cant understand why is it confusing if I've discussed the situasion that one is for my daugter and obe for me. Then I request and confirmed to pls give me feedback on my private email adres as I will not be at work. Next day I phone and he said \"but I sent you feedback on my work email...really!!!! And I have to wait another 5 days for my shoes and he is very confussed why I'm upset. When I request is managers name he put the phone down in my ear. I phoned swithboard 6 times and everytime the just put the phone down whe I ask for a manager!!!!"
I am with Debt Rescue now for about 5 months and requested them to contact me urgently. I have sent emails to the following staff on five occasions with no respond:<br> MarinaV - Debtrescue , [Email Removed] [Email Removed]<br> Unfortunately my working environment allow me only contact via email. How come they quick to assist in beginning but once the ball is on the roll, their is zero communication from them and I need desperate assistance.
