I was skeptical about TipTop as it was unknown to me, but they stocked a product I couldn't find anywhere/ was very expensive elsewhere. I had an easy experience and a friendly follow up from them to ensure I was happy with my product, which was nice.

I've used a lot of differecent ecommerce sites and this is by far the worst experince I've had. Tiptop have yet to come to the same level as Takealot or any other e-commerce site that actually cares about its customers. It is nearly impossible to get proper communications with someone that knows what they are talking about. I had to ask the same question several times and I’m still waiting for an answer. So I received the wrong item and the excuse was “There was a mistake with the bar code” and that there was no stock when it clearly stated stock was available on their website, so now I must wait for an undisclosed amount of time to get my money back. No attempt at fixing the problem just “apologies for the inconvenience” Very poor service and execution. Rather stick with the e-commerce companies that actually know what they are doing.

Hi, I ordered an online ceiling fan cover from your website but had trouble updating the shipping address on my profile. When creating a new shipping address the "Gender" radio button doesn't show (This page: checkout_shipping_address.php). This was because of the following CSS being applied to the radio button: .tr1 .fieldValue > input { height: 0; } I ultimately had to fix the CSS to get the form to submit. Apart from that, everything worked well, payments are secured through PayFast and 3D Secure and delivery was prompt.

First time order, a little intrepid, but no need, TipTop came though! I was looking for a glass shade for Goldair Fan , couldn't find one anywhere. Then came across TipTop Shopping Cart, and there it was! Prompt delivery, well packed and good followup by TipTop. Very pleased!!

I have NEVER had such disappointing service from any organisation. My boyfriend ordered a gaming steering wheel from this company, only to be told 3 days AFTER paying for the product and placing his order that they DO NOT STOCK (not out of stock) the specific steering wheel that they use to advertise on the website. This is FALSE ADVERTISING people.. Now, after asking for a refund he has to wait another 7 days for his money to reflect in his bank account. This is UTTERLY pathetic and I would not ever recommend anyone to use this service.

Bought a kettle, lid catch failed making it unusable. No response to email or phone. email address on web page link appears to be spelt incorrectly with the "g" in the wrong place: ********** , should be: ********** . They have just called me back, let's see how it goes.

My mother bought two tablets for her grand-kids through the Tiptop Shopping card website. She asked me to install some apps for them so that they can use them immediately upon receiving their gifts. As per usual I left this to the last moment. On the evening of 19 Dec I realised that the one tablet does not charge at all. There was a loose connection inside or it had a faulty port. The next morning, 20 Dec, I contacted them to see what could be done. Since these were Christmas gifts there was a real and immediate deadline to be kept. Tiptop shopping immediately sprang into action, organised a new tablet to be send to us and send us the waybill for free shipping of the faulty tablet back to them. I must add, they trusted us enough for them to send the new tablet before confirmation that I have send the faulty one back to them. We receive the replacement tablet the next morning already. These was enough time to charge the tablet and load a few game on. Thank you so much for the excellent service, I would recommend you to anyone because of your customer service. Your are brilliant. Thank you.
