My mother bought two tablets for her grand-kids through the Tiptop Shopping card website. She asked me to install some apps for them so that they can use them immediately upon receiving their gifts. As per usual I left this to the last moment. On the evening of 19 Dec I realised that the one tablet does not charge at all. There was a loose connection inside or it had a faulty port. The next morning, 20 Dec, I contacted them to see what could be done. Since these were Christmas gifts there was a real and immediate deadline to be kept. Tiptop shopping immediately sprang into action, organised a new tablet to be send to us and send us the waybill for free shipping of the faulty tablet back to them. I must add, they trusted us enough for them to send the new tablet before confirmation that I have send the faulty one back to them. We receive the replacement tablet the next morning already. These was enough time to charge the tablet and load a few game on. Thank you so much for the excellent service, I would recommend you to anyone because of your customer service. Your are brilliant.
