I've used a lot of differecent ecommerce sites and this is by far the worst experince I've had. Tiptop have yet to come to the same level as Takealot or any other e-commerce site that actually cares about its customers. It is nearly impossible to get proper communications with someone that knows what they are talking about. I had to ask the same question several times and I’m still waiting for an answer.
So I received the wrong item and the excuse was “There was a mistake with the bar code” and that there was no stock when it clearly stated stock was available on their website, so now I must wait for an undisclosed amount of time to get my money back. No attempt at fixing the problem just “apologies for the inconvenience”
Very poor service and execution. Rather stick with the e-commerce companies that actually know what they are doing.
