I was called by multichoice today to ask if I want to renew my 24 month contract which ended today. I said yes but after being asked every verification question under the sun for several minutes I got irritated and said I was going to answer any more and put down. This evening I find my service cut off. The technical call centre say they can't help, the sales people have to call back tomorrow. So I sit without service till then. Is this the way to treat a customer who has been with them since they started????
Bought a kettle, lid catch failed making it unusable. No response to email or phone. email address on web page link appears to be spelt incorrectly with the "g" in the wrong place: ********** , should be: ********** . They have just called me back, let's see how it goes.
