Pathetic service from the gym company

Worst service ever received. Been trying to cancel my membership for a while now, consultants are of no use, they take your details and never get back to you. Dear gym company you are in the service industry, providing a service to consumers is your crux of your business, but your employees shoddy work ethic and pathetic excuses do not cut it.
