I ordered two transformers from h2owarehouse on the 18th July 2025. The parcel was collected by RAM Couriers, who lost the parcel and when it was eventually found they had managed to break one of the transformers. I contacted Daniel at h20warehouse about the delivery issue; he apologized profusely and immediately dispatched a replacement package with The Courier Guy. Daniel was extremely helpful and had no qualms about sending a replacement package.
