Excellent service from Georgina Burton
Georgina at H2O Warehouse is amazing! I had lots of questions about replacement filters for our water system and she answered each one fully, patiently and professionally. Once I decided what I want (with lots of useful advice and tips from her), the order was dispatched and delivered in a few days. I will definitely be using this company again. Georgina is the reason. Georgina at H2O Warehouse is amazing! I had lots of questions about replacement filters for our water system and she answered each one fully, patiently and professionally. Once I decided what I want (with lots of useful advice and tips from her), the order was dispatched and delivered in a few days. I will definitely be using this company again. Georgina is the reason. Great Service
I had a great experience with H2O Warehouse. My order was handled very professionally, and even though a bracket was accidentally left out, Georgina quickly resolved the issue and had it shipped to me right away. The quality of their filters looks excellent, and I was kept updated throughout the entire ordering process. Overall, I’m very impressed with their service and will definitely be buying from them again.

Great Service
I had a great experience with H2O Warehouse. My order was handled very professionally, and even though a bracket was accidentally left out, Georgina quickly resolved the issue and had it shipped to me right away. The quality of their filters looks excellent, and I was kept updated throughout the entire ordering process. h2owarehouse a trustworthy company.
I ordered two transformers from h2owarehouse on the 18th July 2025. The parcel was collected by RAM Couriers, who lost the parcel and when it was eventually found they had managed to break one of the transformers. I contacted Daniel at h20warehouse about the delivery issue; he apologized profusely and immediately dispatched a replacement package with The Courier Guy. Daniel was extremely helpful and had no qualms about sending a replacement package. You will have to look very hard to find a supplier with this type of integrity and willingness to come to the party when things go wrong. h2owarehouse 100%, Ram Couriers 0%, The Courier Guy 100%

Suspect Company. Poor Service. Damaged Products.
Stay away from this company. I enquired for solutions to sterilize my borehole water. Daniel, was very quick to provide solutions. I purchased a UV sterilizer. I received the package quickly and did not get an opportunity to install the unit for a few weeks. When I opened the package, the quartz sleeve was shattered. After emailing my concern, I received a response after some time, and it seemed they were going to replace the quartz sleeve. Nothing arrived. Now all emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages go unanswered or ignored.
