GETTING A HOLD OF THESE GUYS IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - CALLS UNANSWERED, WHATSAPP NO REPLY, MESSENGER NO REPLY
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THESE GUYS. I was involved in an MVA on 14/07/2025, on the scene in front of 2 witnesses as well as a recorded Telephone Conversation they were instructed to deliver my vehicle to RUBICON PANELBEATERS in Krugersdorp. The latter was acknowledged on the scene and the vehicle was loaded, 2 hours later the vehicle was still "missing" and the Call Centre could not assist as to where my vehicle was. It never arrived at RUBICON PANELBEATERS and was "reported" as delivered to MONUMENT PANELBEATERS in Krugersdorp. Upon investigation the vehicle was never delivered to the latter and 3 hours later it was ascertained that Firsthelp took it upon themselves and their own instructions to take my vehicle to their yard. 2 days later now it is claimed the vehicle was delivered to NU WAGON AUTOBODY on 14/07/2025 which is simply untrue as we collected part of my personal belongings from the vehicle on 15/07/2025 at Firsthelp's yard in Roodepoort. Apart from being slapped with a massive bill and BS costs I now have to deal with this ********* entity and its modus operandi. I WILL STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE IN NEED OF A TOWING SERVICE TO COMPLETELY AVOID FIRSTHELP !!!
Been trying to effect a package change due to endless issues with the product service for the last 3 days. After holding for 55mins and 32mins respectively I cancelled the call. SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT, WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK.

Been battling with Invoicing/Customs Departments to resolve Customs VAT/Duty issue on an Invoice for the last 3 weeks. No resolve, no response and even less assistance.
CONTRACT CANCELLED ON 25/04/2025, THUS IT REACHED END OF TERM. NOTICE OF CANCELLATION WAS PROVIDED ON 03/03/2025. CONTRACT IS STILL NOT CANCELLED AND I WAS JUST REBILLED FOR MAY AND DEBITED ACCORDINGLY. TELKOM BRANCH REPORTS NUMBER IS ON PREPAID, YET WE CANNOT LOAD AIRTIME AND I AM STILL BEING BILLED FOR A CONTRACT I CANCELLED.
