Suspect Company. Poor Service. Damaged Products.

Stay away from this company. I enquired for solutions to sterilize my borehole water. Daniel, was very quick to provide solutions. I purchased a UV sterilizer. I received the package quickly and did not get an opportunity to install the unit for a few weeks. When I opened the package, the quartz sleeve was shattered. After emailing my concern, I received a response after some time, and it seemed they were going to replace the quartz sleeve. Nothing arrived. Now all emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages go unanswered or ignored.
