Haagen dazs ice cream Mall of africa
They ice cream is just so much delicious 🤤, went with my girl here and we enjoyed it. It might be pricey but it was worth it delicious ice creams. 💪

Bad Service
We visited Haagen-dazs Sandton City around 13:00, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the two ladies at the cashier. My wife and I greeted them politely and asked how they were, but they didn’t acknowledge us or respond in any way. When we said goodbye and wished them a nice day, we were again ignored—despite repeating ourselves a few times. One of the ladies didn’t even make eye contact. The entire interaction left us feeling deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome

We visited Haagen-dazs Sandton City around 13:00, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the two ladies at the cashier. 45 mnts to scoop ice-cream
Have you ever waited 45 minutes for someone to scoop ice cream ? Bad experience at Häagen-Dazs Mall of Africa. It was disappointing that after ordering a fondue we were told half 35 minutes that they are out of chocolate. The store was not busy when we arrived. After deciding to change our order we were told various flavors were out of stock. It would've been easier if the waiter had told us what they could actually serve. One of the flavors ordered was wrong however we were tired of the multiple apologies offered by the waiter. I don't think I would ever set food in this place again!

Horrible experience at Haagen Dazs Gateway
Horrible experience at Haagen Dazs. Macadamia nut flavoured ice cream was spoilt and it's not the first time. Do not ever buy this flavour as they refuse to acknowledge that it is spoilt yet it tastes like spoilt milk. Won't be buying again from them. The manager is very rude because he refuses to acknowledge the icecream was spoilt he should be fired from he's position as a manager because he doesn't know how to run a icecream shop.

love their ice cream
I generally love their ice cream. It’s one of my Top 2 in the country and it ain’t number 2. This is good ice quality ice cream, that is worth every penny. Highly recommend this spot, do pop in.

Ice cream not taste right
I'm at waterfront no yust bought chocolate ice cream and don't taste right and took different flavor that taste perfect and thy still let me pay for the chocolate ice cream after I told seller it not taste right and leave the chocolate ice cream at shop R35 gone will never support them again

Defect products sold
<p>Yesterday I went to Queen Nandi drive Engen garage in Durban around 13:00pm as We knew that practicular garage had a Haagen Dazs fridge , We purchase two of the stick ice creams when we got to the car we immediately opened the ice cream.  The ice cream had changed white  colour, lost its shape and the was no stick! We immediately took the ice cream back to cashier , we was advised there fridges was not working properly and to try another ice cream , we made 4 attempts including cup ice cream was badly damaged , it looked as if it was defrosted and re -frozen again. How is Haagen Dazs allowing there products to be sold so poorly. I was absolutely disgusted and disappointed as we went out of route just for that practicular brand of ice cream.</p>
