Poor or no service haas cnc machine tools

Country South Africa Western Cape. Haas can't provide reasonable survice in Cape Town. And their survice engineers are useless. When have to use other technical ppls to find and repair faults. When they are flown down at our cost they charge R25 000 and then refuse to work on machine. Fault finding are always wrong and quotes are criminal. Our spindle bearings when and they quoted R250 000.
