Capitec does Not care
Capitec takes forever to respond. When they finally did respond after weeks. Instead of answering my question, which by the way had absolutely nothing to do with gambling or trading I received the following LECTURE: We do not want to treat our clients in any way that might make them feel unimportant or that we do not care and at Capitec Bank we do not promote such behaviour. We would like to remind you that any online investments involving gambling or trading are strictly prohibited. This includes any purchases that are classified under these categories. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing any investments that involve gambling or trading. Kindly be advised you are not allowed to purchase cryptocurrency and fund a forex/Gold trading account as prescribed in Section B.4 (A) of the Currency and Exchange manual, which prescribes a bank-to-bank transfer such as a Swift payment.(optional). The Global One Card (your Capitec bank card) may not be used for this purpose and Capitec Bank reserves the right to decline the authorisation of these transactions. Hahaha to their first paragraph, my question were definitely ignored for a very long time and apparently when it was finally read they did not care to pay enough attention to my email to answer the actual question.

Capitec email support is as good as non-existent
Capitec's tardiness in replying to emails sent to their client support departments is appalling. The forex info department infoforex@capitecbank.co.za is the worst.

Poor or no service haas cnc machine tools
Country South Africa Western Cape. Haas can't provide reasonable survice in Cape Town. And their survice engineers are useless. When have to use other technical ppls to find and repair faults. When they are flown down at our cost they charge R25 000 and then refuse to work on machine. Fault finding are always wrong and quotes are criminal. Our spindle bearings when and they quoted R250 000. BOLT, STAY AWAY FROM CONTRACTORS FROM THEIR SITE
They referred my add for roofing companies to errect roof over my patio with my material. Company The Simply Projects contacted me sent me roofs they claimed the did. I gave Eric Liebenberg from sead company I stopped them after 2 days because poor workmenship. He Eric refuce to come and repair strip/redo Pluss replace damage material Please be very careful when contractor of BOLT. Com make contact. They will not remove these incompetent contrators

Open view act bad way
Dear Openview, I find it totally unacceptable that you just stopped my services and all the call center can say is sorry. Ending service of the top box without notifying is totally unethical. I just spent R1000 for a technician to come out to fix my perceived 'problem' and then he informed me that it is not a problem he can fix, it is openview blocking customer service so that they can sell new decoders to them. I refuse to buy another unit and you owe me the R1000 that I had to pay out because you blocked my service without informing me. If you had the decency to let customers know beforehand that you will start blocking decoders and that new decoders must be bought I would not have been R1000 out of pocket, because I would not have bothered any further with Openview. You will just have to refund me the money because of your lack to inform me. In fact; I am going to post this complaint on social network and hello peter. I am going to ask that we boicot you. Go and ask Spur what happens.

Theft
They stole 20% of the value of my life annuity and now because they breeches our agreement i want to dis invest from their none performing money making thieving policies but they refuse. My advice is never invest in these products because they can steal you blind and you cant move your money. Incompetent fools.

Theft of shares
You donot have the authority to reduce my capital by reducing my number of units but your share value remain the same. This is theft. You leave me no option but ti escalate this matter to sosial media. You have sent me this stupid comunica 3 times. You cant steal my units. You must change the unit price. I will upload your theft of my shares/units on facebook hello peter, twitter en all sosial media. I instructed you to dist envest my money from all your portfolios You will steal all my money. You are not allowed to steal from me. Your comunica is not proof but excuse. Where do you get the right to reduce my units. If the value of the property changed the cost per unit must change. But its clear you are braindead
