No return of deposit refund

Do not rent with Instratin Realty! they are extremely unprofessional…. When it comes to return of deposits they will send you from pillar to post!

The finance guy, Ben is unprofessional and does not have the experience to deal with deposits that should be returned to tenants.

Do not rent with this Agency (previously known as Habitat properties now Instratin Reality). Poor business practice.
