I visited Hair International seeking help with my hair issue. The attendant assured me there was no problem with my scalp, attributing my hair loss to platting. Despite my concerns, I was pressured into paying R9000 for treatment, which included minoxidil and regrowth products. However, my condition worsened, and subsequent assessments revealed a scalp infection. I was devastated. They initially discouraged me from seeking medical tests before payment. Despite my daily complaints of pain during treatments, my concerns were ignored. Feeling unheard, I stopped going. Now, they refuse to refund me, citing my scalp infection as justification. It's heartbreaking that they misled me initially. This is my pain and life, not just a sales opportunity. I earnestly seek a refund, hoping my experience prevents others from suffering the same fate at the hands of profit-driven businesses.
